These apartments form a tourist complex consisting of 447 residential units located in several independent two, three and four storey buildings. The arrangement makes a typical Mediterranean settlement. All the apartments are renovated and modernly equipped by SAT-TV each of them of 25 till 55 square meters. The grounds are equipped with three swimmingpools with sea water and an acquagan. The buildings are connected by bike and walking paths while guests have at their disposal a central parking place. Further, there are supermarkets, coffee bars, restaurants, sweet bars, pizzerias and various shops.
