Pula General Hospital awarded with international certificates of compliance with AACI standards

Last week Pula General Hospital was officially awarded, as the second institution in the public healthcare system of the Republic of Croatia, with the international AACI certificates „International Accreditation Quality & Patient Safety” and „Certified Quality Management System ISO 9001“.

The certification process was conducted by the American Accreditation Commission International (AACI), one of the world’s most experienced organizations in the provision of healthcare organization accreditation and clinical excellence certification services.

The accreditation is a guarantee for patient safety, trust in the healthcare system and high-quality healthcare services in compliance with the highest international quality standards, but also a prerequisite for the provision of excellent national healthcare services to foreign patients and for the fulfilment of Croatia’s great potential in the medical tourism industry.
